What is it?
It is a phone line that provides information, orientation, counsel, support and follow-up to attend any situation the tourist visiting Baja California may demand, it operates 7 days a Week, 24 hours a day. The access is through cellular, conventional or public telephone with statewide coverage and soon to be accessed from cell phones.
How it works?
It is a call operation center, attended by bilingual personnel, highly qualified and service oriented that bases its performance in the use of the best-available communications technology.
It is comprised by 12 call assistance protocols and 5 protocols for emergencies. This guarantees an effective coordination with the 066 center of command (the equivalent of 911 in the U.S), with statewide coverage, to assist in emergencies.
Services provided:
- Tourist information through eight Toll Free 800 national and international numbers, operating from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7 days a week.
