The Pacific has permitted our expert chefs to prepare with healthy ingredients fish and seafood, with the sole objective of consenting the palate of those who venture to know the taste of Tijuana, this is the case with the typical lobster.

Without any doubt Tijuana’s culinary arts had made way to delicious creations that today are known internationally like Caesar salad, whose recipe include a rich mix of lettuces with seasoning, rich gravy made with egg, olive oil and Parmesan cheese.

Also in Tijuana the delicious Margarita was born, an exotic drink made on the basis of lemon, tequila and ice Frappe, which is served in a salted glass, to the delight of our visitors.
